Wedding Favor - 2" Succulent

PROOF APPROVAL:  A proof of the customized card will be sent to the provided email address. The proof must receive approval via a reply email before order processing can commence. Please note that any delay in approving the proof will result in an extended processing time.

MINIMUM ORDER: 18 Favors

PROCESSING TIME: Favors are fully customized; thus, time is needed to complete the process. Therefore, we require orders to be placed no less than 12 days prior to the event date to allow for production and shipping.   (If you live in the Casper area, orders can be placed 9 days before the event date.)

Packages are sent by USPS Priority mail which takes 2-3 days for arrival.

Natura Gardens makes every effort to ensure that your favors arrive on time for your event. However, please note that once the package has been shipped, we have no control over how it is handled by the shipping company, and occasional delays in delivery may occur. We schedule delivery for 7 days before the event date to mitigate possible transit issues.  There is no need to be concerned about the health of the plants due to early arrival, as succulents are very robust and require minimal care to remain healthy. Prior to shipment, they will be well-watered and fertilized and can remain in good condition for up to two weeks without any additional care.

COLD WEATHER ADVISORY: Natura Gardens does not ship if temperatures are expected to fall below 30 degrees Fahrenheit at any point during transit, either at our location or your destination. Please plan accordingly. Natura Gardens is not responsible for unreceived products due to freezing temperatures. Purchasing for mid-winter events may not be advisable. Natura Gardens is not responsible for frozen plants and will not refund money for damage from frost.  

What is included in your package?

• The total number of succulent favors ordered, wrapped in mulberry paper with a bow.
• A bag with customized card attached to wooden pick.

Unpacking:

• Please ensure that you open the box and unpack plants immediately upon receipt, DO NOT delay this step. It is imperative not to leave plants enclosed for extended durations, as they require sunlight and air to maintain their health. Plants kept in boxes will deteriorate; they may lose their color, leaves could become soft, wilted,and drop off and plants may develop mold.
• Plants are in good condition at the time of shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for any deterioration due to delays in unpacking.
• Remove packing material carefully to prevent damage to plants

• It is not uncommon for several leaves to detach from plants during the shipping process due to the movement during the packaging and the handling of the boxes. The loss of a few leaves will not impact the overall health or appearance of the plant.

• It is normal to see some soil in the box; simply dust it off.

• Occasionally, a plant may become dislodged from its pot during shipping. In such cases, please place a small amount of soil into the pot, position the plant inside, and then add additional soil on top. These succulents are highly resilient.

• If you find the possibility of a few loose leaves, soil, or a dislodged plant concerning, it may be more advisable to opt for an artificial alternative.

Care until the event day:

• Position the succulents in a well-lit room but avoid placing them directly against a window that receives sunlight for most of the day. A table in a brightly lit room or a window with northeast exposure is ideal to maintain the succulents' appearance for the special occasion.

• Please refrain from watering the succulents. The plastic wrap on the pot prevents proper drainage, which could lead to rot. Additionally, although Mulberry paper is quite durable, it can stain and tear if exposed to excessive water. Your favors will remain in good condition for up to two weeks without any water.

• Before your event place the wood pick with customized card into the succulent pot.

• Prior to your event, insert the wooden pick with the customized card into the succulent pot. Take care to handle the pick gently, as it is thin and may break under excessive pressure. If you encounter difficulty inserting the pick into the soil, consider piercing the plastic covering the soil to facilitate easier insertion.

• Guests should be instructed to remove paper and plastic wrap from the pot upon bringing their plant home and to water it thoroughly. Depending on the size of the plant, it may be advisable to transplant it into a larger container.

As this product is customized, returns or refunds are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made in rare instances at the sole discretion of Natura Gardens.
